Manatee County
The only Hardscape.com certified installer in Manatee County — new patios and old slabs turned into outdoor rooms.
Much of Bradenton is ranch-style homes with a small poured slab out back and sandy soil around it. Extending that slab with a thin layer of sand and pavers is the classic shortcut — and it is why so many Bradenton patios dip at the seam within a few years.
The detail that changes here: Where new paving meets an old slab, we build the new area to the same finished height on a compacted base and mortar-set over the slab, so there is no seam to settle.
We build paver patios throughout Bradenton:
We measure on site, check drainage and any existing slab, and send a written, itemised quote.
Materials
Chosen by sun, salt and how much upkeep you want — not by the brochure.

Learn moreThe coolest surface underfoot
Natural stone that stays comfortable barefoot in full Florida sun. Classic in a French pattern. Needs sealing on a regular schedule, more often near the coast.
Learn moreClassic look, best value
Clay brick for colour that never fades and a long service life; concrete pavers for the widest choice of colours and shapes at the best price.
Learn moreNear Palma Sola Bay, Cortez and the river, salt air works on joints and unsealed surfaces. Porcelain never needs sealing, which is why we recommend it closest to the water.
Inland and toward Lakewood Ranch, newer homes sit on builder fill. We compact and prove it before pricing the surface.
If your lot drains toward the house, the patio is the place to fix it — we set the fall and the outlet before choosing the paver.

Process
We measure, check where water goes and assess any existing slab, then lay out the footprint with you.
HOA review when your community requires it — before any work starts.
New areas: excavate, geotextile and compacted crushed stone in lifts. Existing slab: clean, repair and profile for mortar.
Confined edges and a fall away from the house, so roof water leaves the patio.
Pattern laid and levelled continuously, clean wet-saw cuts around columns, drains and doors, no lippage.
Polymeric or marine-grade joints, sealing where the material needs it, and a final walkthrough with you.
Our Work
Real projects, photographed on site. No stock imagery.

Questions
It depends on the material, the size, the base work and what happens to the existing slab. Brick and concrete pavers cost less than porcelain or travertine. We measure on site and give a written, itemised estimate.
Porcelain near the water, because salt does not get into it and it never needs sealing; travertine for the coolest surface in full sun; brick or concrete pavers for the best value.
Usually, yes. If the slab is sound, drains correctly and leaves enough height at the door, we mortar-set pavers on it. We check all three on site before recommending it.
An at-grade paver patio usually does not need a building permit; a roof, screen enclosure or change to drainage can. HOA communities need review approval. We confirm it for your address at the estimate.

Highly recommend! EC Paver was able to get me scheduled quickly at a fair price. They did a great job on my pavers and offered to return if we had any issues.

Diogo and his team replaced our horrible travertine pavers with large porcelain pavers in a light cream. They are incredible! The entire team did such a great job and we’re very happy with the outcome! We highly recommend EC Paver Solutions!

I just have installed the "Da Vinci" Italian Porcelain tiles by EC Paver Solutions in my driveway, and I could not be happier with the results. Diego and his team did fantastic job. They finished the project on time we agreed on and they clean after the work was done. Great job done!

Highly recommend EC Pavers. Diogo is great to work with and his crew is fast and very detailed. They completed a large project around our pool using 3cm ceramic pavers and mosaic tiles wrapping the spa and waterline of the pool. A few months later, they came back to do the driveway also in the same ceramic pavers. The work was done promptly and everything was handled in a professional and efficient manner. Diogo has come back a few times to take care of minor items and is always available to address any concerns. I’m very happy with the work and highly recommend them to anyone.
