Materials
Travertine is beautiful on a pool deck, but it is too soft and porous for tyres in Florida heat — so it is not on this list.
No sealing, no fading, no oil stains
Non-porous, so oil, rust and tyre rubber stay on the surface and rinse off. Colour does not fade in Florida sun. Always 3CM (1¼ in) for vehicles — 2CM is for pool decks and patios — and mortar-set on a concrete base.

We put together the paver product sheet, colour and pattern, border detail and a site layout, and we bring physical samples so you can match the community palette before you submit.
Work starts only after approval. That protects you from a fine or a tear-out, and it is why we schedule after the board meets, not before.

Questions
Yes — paver driveways are common across Lakewood Ranch, but each community and village has its own review process and approved palette. You submit the design to the architectural review committee and wait for approval before work starts.
It varies by community. Most boards approve concrete, brick and porcelain pavers when the colour and pattern match the community guidelines. We bring samples and the product data the board needs so you can choose something that fits on the first submission.
It depends on material, size, removal of the existing driveway and how much the builder fill needs to be corrected. We measure on site and give you an itemised written estimate — no square-foot guess over the phone.
It depends on how often your committee meets, typically a few weeks. A complete submission — product sheet, colour, pattern and layout — is what keeps it from going around twice.

Highly recommend EC Pavers. Diogo is great to work with and his crew is fast and very detailed. They completed a large project around our pool using 3cm ceramic pavers and mosaic tiles wrapping the spa and waterline of the pool. A few months later, they came back to do the driveway also in the same ceramic pavers. The work was done promptly and everything was handled in a professional and efficient manner. Diogo has come back a few times to take care of minor items and is always available to address any concerns. I’m very happy with the work and highly recommend them to anyone.
